Arise Windpower’s business concept is to be an integrated wind power company with control over the entire value chain: from prospecting and permit management to financing, construction and operation of the turbines.

The company works industrially, on a large-scale and with a result-orientated approach. This means that expansion is done methodically, efficiently and in many parallel projects. The organisation possesses all of the key resources required for quick, efficient product development.

With our own electricity grid company, our own wind-measuring equipment and our own resources for project management and setting up wind farms, we are able to reduce our costs and lead times, resulting in increased profitability and an improved cash flow.

Goals

Portfolio growth: commission 700 MW by 2014. Anticipated production: 2 TWh.

Return on capital employed: >10%. Constitutes the framework for investment decisions regarding new projects.
