Wind power produces absolutely no emissions.
Even if wind power components, transports and maintenance related to electricity production are factored in, the environmental impact of wind power is low compared to electricity produced from fossil fuels.
Electricity from Arise Windpower’s wind turbines is produced without emission of CO2, dust or other substances into the air, water or ground. In all of its wind power construction, Arise Windpower is committed to restoring the land to its original condition after the period of use.
However, wind turbines do have an impact on the landscape’s appearance and cause some degree of noise at close quarters. Placement of wind farms in an appropriate area is therefore an important issue.
Arise Windpower strives to take the living environment of those living nearby into account, both during the construction period and once the turbine is in operation. Arise Windpower has a practice of using framework values that are more stringent than generally established norms in terms of noise, shade and distance to nearby residences. Sensitivity to society’s demands and wishes – as communicated through municipalities, county councils and authorities – is one of the company’s core values.
