Arise Windpower has the requisite key competence to conduct its own wind measurements.

The company has six measuring masts and seven sodars in operation, with a capacity to measure wind speed at levels of 10 to 200 meters. Wind speed measurements have been completed in about 50 areas in southern Sweden giving Arise Windpower reliable data on where the potential for establishing wind turbines is good.
